Wine and Dine

Had dinner at the Golden Spoon.
Ordered fried fish head, coffee rib and mushroom.
foods were delicious.

Wine for the night was a 1997 le Bon-Pasteur from Pomerol.
Cork was very new, in good condition.
Wine colour is a brilliant red hue; no sign of age.
nice bouquet.
sweet fruit and fresh on the palate; with a hint of tannin; nice finishing.
good wine and good foods.
