Wind and Dine

Brick red colour with a little orange hue.
Smell of Sun dried orange peels.
Warm and hot mouth feel.  Sour cherry on the palate; Hint of sweet caramel melting on the tongue.
Hmmmm...
It ended with a clean, dry and bitter finish.
Please decant the wine for a longer hours if you want to drink it now.
